How to use this

The planner is one year of outbound, split into twelve months and grouped into four quarters. Each month carries a play that matches what buyers are usually doing at that point in the year: fresh budgets in January, quarter-close in March, quiet inboxes in July and August, everyone back at their desk in September.

Every month names three things, because not every outreach email is a sales email. The buying mode is the state of mind your recipients are in. The sequence type is the kind of sequence that suits it: direct outreach, a relationship builder, something value-first, or an experiment. And the personas are the people inside a target company the month writes to, one at a time.

Start with the month you’re in. Open its page, read the example sequence, then work down the list of activities. Every activity links to the place in Hunter where it gets done, so you’re never left wondering where to click. Tick things off as you go, and your progress is saved.

When you’re ready to send, use “Draft this sequence” on the action you want to run. You get a draft sequence in your account, named after the play, with the opening email already written, so all that’s left is your edits and your recipients. If you’d rather brief an AI assistant, “Copy prompt for AI agent” hands it the whole action.

Two sections sit below the months. The list building routine is the work that feeds every month, and deliverability hygiene is the set of habits that keep your sending healthy, including buying extra sending accounts when one mailbox is not enough. Come back to them whenever a month asks for a fresh list.

One month at a time is plenty. You don’t have to run all twelve.
